Delete your PhoneShield account

You can ask us to delete your account here, or in the PhoneShield app under Settings. We delete it within 30 days, and you can change your mind until then.

What happens

Your plan stops renewing right away. You keep the protection you already paid for until the end of the period.
Within 30 days we delete your account, your call history, transcripts and messages, your lists and notes, your settings and your app sign-ins, and release your PhoneShield number.
Billing records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule.
If you pay for other family lines, their protection ends with your plan.
Turn off call forwarding on your phone, or calls will keep going to a number that no longer answers for you.
