A few things to know.

How does the monthly minimum work?

Pay $0.12 per elapsed AI minute, with a $69 monthly minimum applied toward usage. Your bill is the higher of the minimum or your usage total, not both added together. At 500 minutes you pay $69; at 900 minutes you pay $108. Unused minimum spend does not roll over.

What does the per-minute rate include?

The $0.12 rate includes GPT-Live-1 voice, standard backend reasoning, and standard U.S. inbound telephony. One U.S. local number and the PhoneShield workspace are included in the offer. Elapsed AI time includes pauses and silence, measured in seconds. We agree on your spending limit and fallback before activation.

Are there any additional charges?

Prices are in USD before taxes. International and toll-free calls, extra numbers, SMS, custom tools, premium model upgrades, and custom integrations are outside this offer. Any of these services requires a separate quote. Minutes after Nora connects a caller to you are not AI minutes and are not billed. Your current carrier may charge for forwarding.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

You can keep your current number and forward calls to the dedicated PhoneShield number. We confirm that your carrier supports the forwarding you need before switching calls over.

Can I activate a GPT-Live plan immediately?

The GPT-Live-1 service is available by early-access request. We confirm your use case, number, conversation quality, and billing terms before activation. Requesting access does not charge your card. Existing PhoneShield subscriptions keep their current terms unless you explicitly agree to change them.

Does a plan include appointment booking or human backup?

Calendar booking and a human backup team are not included. Notifications by Telegram, email, Slack or webhook are, and Nora can connect a caller to you. Tell us which workflows you need so we can assess them before you commit.
